COACHING

Coaching sessions are  tailored to meet the client's unique needs and objectives. My coaching experience is built on the following foundation:  

  • Global Business Acumen and Organizational Savvy. Based over two decades of experience as a leader – and by partnering with executive leaders worldwide - I understand your unique organizational needs and responsibilities as well as the complexities and challenges that companies and organizations face today. 
  •  Leadership Development. Leadership is the art of leading others - and oneself - to deliberately create results through inspiration, direction and motivation. Self-leadership is the process by which you influence yourself to achieve your objectives and  impact all aspect of life. It is the foundation for authentic leadership of others to fully emerge. 
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EI) is key to personal and professional success. EI is the ability to understand your own and other people's emotions and to act on them rationally. This ability to separate  emotions and response is the foundation upon which EQ - and great leadership - is built. Individuals with high EQ deliver best results by mastering motivation, self-awareness, empathy, self-management and social skills.  
  • Coach Skills and Impeccable Ethics – I have developed and continually honed coaching skills and tools through my corporate experience  and by attending recognized training programs. I am an ICF Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) and  graduated with the Blue Mesa ICF Accredited Coach Program (ICF-ACTP). I abide by the International ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.

As a senior HR consultant, I partner with leaders and businesses to create value by designing, developing and translating people management strategies into operational excellence. This includes (but is not limited to):

Based on scientific-based leading-edge research on neuroplasticity, we will train your attention and awareness, practices commonly referred to as Mindfulness, to develop your EI skills and improve your leadership, performance and well-being.
